Terms & Conditions for Coaching Services

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching sessions, lesson packages, and related services provided by MH900 Bowling Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a lesson or purchasing a package, clients (“you”, “your”) agree to the following terms.

2. Bookings

  • Coaching sessions may be booked up to 24 hours in advance.

  • A booking is confirmed only once payment (where required) has been received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be charged in full.

  • Late arrival does not extend the session time.

4. Lesson Packages & Expiry

  • All lessons and package hours must be used within 4 months of the first booked lesson, or

  • Within 5 months of the original purchase date, whichever comes first.

  • Unused lessons or hours after the expiry period are non‑refundable and will be forfeited.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment for lessons or packages is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • All payments are non‑refundable, except where MH900 Bowling Ltd cancels a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative.

  • Packages are non‑transferable and may only be used by the named client.

  • Failure by you to reserve a lane for your lesson booking will result in forfeiture (of package hours) or non-refundable (pay-as-you-go lesson), unless at least 24 hours notice is provided to cancel or re-schedule.

6. Coach Availability & Changes

  • We reserve the right to change coaches, reschedule sessions, or amend availability when necessary.

  • If we must cancel a session, you will be offered a rescheduled time or a credit for future use.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Reserve and pay for your lesson lane time.

  • You must ensure you are fit and able to participate in physical activity.

  • You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by your coach.

  • Any damage to equipment or facilities caused by misuse may result in charges.

8. Liability

  • MH900 Bowling Ltd is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage arising from participation in coaching sessions unless caused by our negligence.

  • Personal belongings remain your responsibility at all times.

9. Amendments

  • MH900 Bowling Ltd may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • The latest version will apply to all new bookings and purchases.
